Known as a successful portrait photographer, Graeme Mitchell introduces painting into his practice as a way of exploring the relationship we have to images.

Mitchell's second exhibition at Wilding Cran presents several paintings from the last two years and a photo series from 2012, while an old radio on a wooden side table plays an eerie static interview on dark matter and who-knows-what—emphasizing themes of cults, alienation and technology that the artist is exploring in this exhibition.
